What you’ll do

Design, build, and operate LLM-powered workflows end-to-end.
Integrate CRMs/help desks/ERPs via REST/webhooks/queues.
Implement retrieval (keyword + vector) with evaluation and guardrails.
Add observability & safety: logs, metrics, red-team tests, HITL.
Work directly with clients; ship in weekly slices.

You’re a fit if

5+ years shipping production software in Python or TypeScript.
Hands-on with LLM tool calling, evals, structured outputs.
Comfortable with Postgres, background jobs, and cloud deploys.
